Son needed emergency surgery. We live 3 hours away but we couldn't have asked for better care. The surgeon called us on the road to give us a report. And we met with her when we got there. Our son was in post-op for five hours, during which he had a nurse by his side every minute. At times, when his O2 dropped and he was vomiting and shaking, there were 3 or 4 nurses by his side. Every one was kind and patiently answered all our questions. The surgeon came to talk to our son then. The tremendous care continued on the OBS floor in his private room. Everyone did everything to keep him comfortable throughout the night. The surgeon came to his room again the next morning. They also offer anything off the menu to family for only $7, free overnight accommodations if necessary, and the Residence Inn across the street gives a discount and free parking to families. And everyone from the lobby attendants to the cafeteria staff to the pharmacy and even the doctor I had to flag down in the hall because I was lost were so kind!

This hospital was absolutely amazing. My son was brought in my ambulance from UPMC with a viral infection/ and suffering an asthma attack. Everyone was so kind and stayed on top of his care. They were very informative. Special shout out to Aleah & Georgie & all the other staff!

Had to rush my baby girl here today ( a 3 hr drive from me) for an eye infection that was potentially life threatening. From the security guard at the first door to the receptionist down to every last doctor and/or nurse we saw today were amazing. I usually do not write reviews but wanted to make sure I put out that this hospital is amazing. They were all so patient and kind with my daughter who definitely gave them a run for their money today. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS!

My mom was just in there after breaking her hip. Due to some other issues that arouse she ended up in ICU. Her night nurse Becky was so amazing. Later she was moved to 7 west and had a nurses aid named Amy. Amy was the sweetest person. Not only to my mom but also me. Amy was always checking to make sure I was ok and asking if I needed anything since I was staying with my mom 24/7.

Amazing staff and hospital. Was in Morgontown visiting family and had a serious medical event. Arrived at hospital in extreme pain. Was treated very quick and got a proper diagnosis in quick order along with the necessary pain management. I was admitted and stayed several days before release. I just can't say enough how great both Doctors and Nurses were to me and my family. This is a top notch facility. My wife has been a nurse for 30 years and she also liked the care and the treatment we received. No hospital is perfect and no place has perfect staff. But the hospital is a nice hospital in excellent shape and I would not think twice about going there for care.

A few bad apples for nurse but there a lot more great nurses and a lot of great nurses in the ICU unit one stands out for being kind calm caring and a true professional her name is Emily and she was so nice to me I will miss her the most out of all of the nurses

I had a recent surgery with Dr Oliverio and when I tell you the care team and hospital all together is absolutely amazing, I really mean that. They were so respectful, so polite and patient, handled my needs perfectly before and after surgery, and all around it was an amazing experience. I’m deathly afraid of hospitals, needles, and even doctors however, I knew when I got there I was in good hands. They were so professional, all of my nurses were more than a patient could ask for, my doctor was very thorough and did what was best for my health in mind. Was a little bit far a drive for me (us being an hour away) but I would make the trip again and again if I had to do it over. I’m really thankful for the wonderful team I was blessed to have today and I hope that everyone who goes here has the same luck. Thank you for everything you did for me today, I won’t ever forget it

My son just had a hypospadious surgery at the children’s hospital with Dr. Ali Ahmed. He did a great job and everything went smoothly. My fiancé and I were very stressed out and worried about the surgery and the nurses and staff made us feel very comfortable and safe. They even have little cars to pull them around in the hallways, TVs in the rooms and friendly nurses that try to cheer up the babies.

I wanna thank and appreciate all the core donation staff. Front desk, and the staff in the nccu. They are such amazing workers and do their job so well. I appreciate them all for taking care of my dad while he was on life support and i appreciate the chaplains who were there for support as well. I wish I could give every one of them a daisy award. ❤️

We just want to give a big thank-you to everyone we’ve met at the Ruby Memorial Birthing Center. Every single person — from the front desk and security to the phlebotomy team, nurse practitioner, doctors, and PA Ben — has been wonderful. The nurses, especially Lindsey and Shyanne, have been amazing. They’ve answered every question we’ve had, been super attentive, and really made us feel comfortable and cared for. You can tell they love what they do and genuinely care about their patients. They stayed over to help us and we couldn't have picked better nurses. Overall, everyone has gone above and beyond for us, and we’re really grateful for how kind and professional the whole team has been. Cortnie & Chris
